Lithuanian business paperwork, done for you

Running a company in Lithuania means filings that are almost all in Lithuanian, on portals that assume you already know the procedure. We prepare the documents and track the deadlines. Where the law needs your signature, you give it with Smart-ID.

What we handle

Trademark registration. Availability check, choosing the Nice classes, and filing with the Lithuanian patent office or with EUIPO for the whole EU.

Closing a company. The full liquidation set from the shareholder decision to removal from the register, with the tax office and social insurance closed out properly rather than left open.

GDPR documents for a company that processes customer data, written for what you actually do.

Annual declarations where the tax office does not prefill them.

How it works

  1. You tell us what you need, in English, in a few sentences.
  2. We tell you the price and the deadline the same working day, before any work starts.
  3. We prepare the documents and send them to you to read.
  4. You sign with Smart-ID. The law requires the applicant's own signature, so this part cannot be delegated. It takes seconds.

One thing to be clear about

The filings and the documents are in Lithuanian, because that is what the registers accept. We work with you in English and explain what each document says before you sign it.

Common questions

Do I need a Lithuanian company to register a trademark here?

No. A trademark can be owned by a foreign company or by a private person.

Can you act on my behalf without my signature?

For most filings, no. Lithuanian registers require the applicant's own qualified signature, and Smart-ID gives you that. We prepare everything up to that point.

How long does a trademark take?

Filing is immediate. If nobody opposes it, registration in Lithuania takes around six months and in the EU around five. You get priority from the filing date, not the registration date.

My company has been dormant for years, can it just be forgotten?

No. A dormant company keeps accruing filing obligations and the register can strike it off in a way that leaves the director personally exposed. Closing it properly is cheaper.

Tell us what you need

We reply the same working day. You get the price and the deadline straight away, with no call and no meeting.

We handle the paperwork. On your side one Smart-ID signature remains, because the law requires it. We never ask for passwords.
